"Had to book for myself and 2 children for 2 nights due to work being done on our home we had a family room it was clean beds were comfortable and was quiet would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone we also decided to stay for breakfast on the last morning and that was brilliant too and not overly priced."

"This was a late booking (25 minutes before the end of the day) however, I was welcomed and provided with a wonderful room. Clean, homely, and some lovely coffees, teas, and biscuits for the morning. I never really had time for breakfast, however, I’ve eaten in the restaurant on a few occasions and each time have been really impressed. "

"We stayed here for 2 nights mid-week. The property was easy to find. There is plenty of free on-site parking. The staff were friendly on arrival and throughout our stay. Check in was a quick process (checked in online the night before). Easy to locate our room. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom could do with more of a deep clean as there was some mould from the shower. We didn't have breakfast there as the timings and cost didn't appeal to us but we did eat in the restaurant one...

"A nice clean and quiet room well located for an early morning flight out of the airport. Quick and easy check in with a friendly member of staff. Went a run at 4am before my flight and the local area provided a pleasant route. The pub associated with the rooms looked homely. Thank you "

"We stayed here as we were going to a concert at the AO arena. Perfect location. Rooms above a pub. Breakfast was fabulous. Beds comfortable. Will definitely be stopping here again. "
