"The photos look really nice so it was a little bit of a surprise when we arrived to see it what it was actually like. Mould on the textured ceiling in the bedroom and found a flea in one of the beds (after waking up with bite marks), we don't have any pets so we definitely didn't bring it with us. The unit was full of the owners stuff which cluttered an already small space and made it difficult to find a place to put things. The carpet in the bedroom looked to be original and everything felt...

"A good traditional kiwi bach, good for a break away from the city. Nice and close to the beach and tennis court, reasonably equipped."

"The place was quite well equipped, except from a vacuumcleaner. If the owners pay Bachcare to look after this property, Bachcare should be ashamed of themselves. 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 nights, 4 people. An empty soap dispenser in the bathroom. Superficially clean, but don't look under the chairs, or in the drawers and cupboards. Sticky dust around the tv, and on top of the washing machine. Stuff lying around randomly in drawers. It really needs a good scrub all over, including the windows...

"Place is located in a beautiful peaceful area with the local town center a few mins away. The beach is about a 1min walk and is beautiful. The house is nice, just needs a good clean, the microwave was not cleaned from the last person staying there and one of the sliding doors wouldnt lock normally unless you used the top deadbolt lock, I would give this property a higher rating but we had issues with the hot water.
