This was my third time using Green Rich. It is always nice to stay at this hotel: the room is propre and spacious. And the staff is very cordial and helpful. Also, the breakfast was excellent in a remodeled dining room.

The breakfast is always delicious! However, this time, there was a problem with drainage from the bathtub, so the floor in the bathroom got flooded. Also, somehow this time, the Internet access was extremely week, so I could not download the information from the airline. One of the employees did try his best to solve the situation, but unfortunately, I could not have the access. Since we live in the world that to be able to access to the Internet is almost necessary, so I was not too satisfied with it. Otherwise, all employees were very cordial.

Great location in Tosu
GR hotel is right beside Tosu train station and there are a number of restaurants within walking distance. Across the road you also have Frespo mall which has a supermarket and other eateries inside. Prefect location at a clean and relatively new hotel. I was also given a tissue face mask on check in so that was a nice touch. I’d ask for a room on a high floor next time. And maybe take ear plugs if your a light sleeper as the doors are thin so I could hear some noise from outside in the hallway. But otherwise enjoyable stay and I’d be happy to stay again.

Convenient and good location
There was a J square outlet just two minutes walk across the road, where you can find Starbucks and supermarkets with plenty of shops. It's also just one minute walk from JR, super convenient. Good place to stay if you want to go premium outlet. The tea bag and coffee are free to be taken from near reception area. The room is comparatively large in size than usual Japan hotel.
