"This hotel did not disappoint. Martin was great and made sure check-in was flawless. Our room was incredible. It was very cute and clean. Our bathroom was massive as well. My spouse and I had lots of room to spread out during our stay. We highly recommend heading over to the restaurant next door (Seumas’ Bar). They had great gluten-free options. The staff there is incredible and the food/drinks are very good. Also, ask for Yanish (I doubt I spelled that correctly), he’s hilarious and has a lot of pride in what he does. We ended up eating at this restaurant twice because the food was great and the staff was a lot of fun. "

"All my review is pertaining the Duisdale hotel which is the sister hotel of Toravaig, as due to their unplanned maintainence we were shifted to Duisdale. The 2 night stay was great and memorable, all staff was helpfull and kind. Special mention goes to Ashnita where she checked us in and was very helpful. Being a hotelier myself i rate her checkin experience was fantastic and further she was present during our breakfast in restaurant as well where again she was fantastic. She is an asset to your hotel and i wish her best for future. Overall the hotel features best and i would surely come back and recommend to others. Thank you !"

"My husband and I had a rather interesting stay on the Isle of Skye during our Scotland vacation, but our stay at The Bracken Hide was one of the highlights of our time there. The property is gorgeous and in a perfect location...walkable to the city centre but just far enough away that you can really appreciate the Skye feeling...beautiful views! The bungalows were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the heated floors! They are a bit small, and there's not a whole lot of room for large amounts of luggage. However, all of the other amenities are there...TV, coffee, tea, etc. The gravel pathways to each area of the resort are a bit difficult to walk, particularly if you have rolling luggage or physical limitations. However, the staff have golf carts and can carry you/your luggage to and from your room as needed. All of the staff were so kind, caring, and helpful. For instance, on the evening we checked in, we were late arriving to the hotel due to car trouble, and we were starving. The kitchen and restaurant staff graciously agreed to stay after the restaurant had closed to accommodate us! And the food was amazing!!! Also during our stay, my husband became ill and was unable to travel. The hotel willingly accommodated us for an additional night, and the staff were so attentive and helpful. This hotel is a bit pricey compared to other accommodations in the area, but the quality of the facilities and service make it worthwhile!"

"The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. My husband fell in some mud and the person behind the desk offered to wash his jacket for him and had it cleaned and back to us by the evening. Wonderful service!"
