It was late afternoon, snowing, with the temperature at -5 degrees Celsius, and we almost ran out of a place to sleep! Our luck was that one person offered us help to find another place to stay. After more than two hours of arguing on the phone, the owner of another hotel agreed to accommodate us. I don't know what they talked about, but I'm glad everything worked out.
