"Customer service: excellent Cleanness: excellent The location is very convenient. It’s 10 minutes from the train station in car. The hotel is just next to the entrance of the muralla and 3 minutes walk to the Puerta de Bisagra. We didn’t book a tour or had a car. Ubers and Cabify dont serve that zone but the hotel staff call you a taxi and it gets there in less than 5 minutes. They called us a taxi for el Mirador del Valle and to the train station."

"Great place! Nice people. Very helpful and friendly. Clean…. Good location … rooms are on smaller side but we didn’t go to hang in the room. Bed was comfy and continental bkft perfectly good! Definitely plan to visit again. Toledo is a great city! "

"This Hotel is well situated. Just be aware their parking is underground in the -2 level, very tight to go up and down. Highly recommended using a compact car. We got the deluxe room so I can’t talk in general but our room had many luxury features. They are just lack of Air Conditioning. We had to open the window and there was a lot of noise from the Street until 2am that things went down. Other than that, great hotel with a great jacuzzi (deluxe room at least)"

"It was a wonderful property. Very clean, beautiful setting, convenient to town, and helpful staff. The views of Toledo from the property at night were stunning. The front desk attendee provided helpful suggestions for dinner and we were thrilled with her guidance. We had a quick stay but came away very impressed. Would recommend to others and eagerly return if in the area. "
