"Booked for my teenage stepson and his best friend for their first time abroad alone. All communications with Nathalie were swift and concise. The apartment was even nicer than expected from the photos, spacious, modern and very clean. The young men were very happy with the location as well, lots of bars and cafes in the area, and have asked if they can return in Spring next year. Good value for money as well."

"Appartement bien placé agréable. Juste deux problèmes ,une des vitre de la fenêtre pas cassé mais vitre trop petite du coup la chaleur rentrait, alors qu’il faisait chaud et pas de place de parking alors que c’était écris sur l’annonce"

"This is a gem of a property. Traditional Spanish house with quirky decor. Exceptionally well equipped for a long or short stay. Very comfortable bed, good modern shower and a beautiful view of city, sea and castle from the sunny roof terrace. Great location close to transport links, fresh food market and restaurants. It is in quite an elevated position and the house has steep stairs but it’s all very manageable if you are reasonably mobile. We stayed a whole month and loved it. Excellent...

"Other than a few let downs with the house alarm going off and police coming out (police were actually great and really helpful). Heating broke so no hot water for a day etc. Pool was freezing as it’s not heated so didn’t really use it. But the management staff are great and fast on WhatsApp so you don’t even need to try and phone and contend with a language barrier. You can just text them and they get back quick. Was a bit confusing as things like bins were not explained but we figured it out....

"Nos dieron el apartamento sucio, pero sucio sucio… tuvimos que esperar a la ama de llaves como 2 horas a que llegara, es un edificio con mucha afluencia de gente y cuando querías coger el ascensor tenías que esperar una media de 20 min. El apartamento estaba en mal estado, el sofá cama estaba roto, la manivela del baño también estaba rota y varias cosas más. No volvería a ir ni regalándomelo"

"There are some nice things about this property, but there are two major problems that are not apparent on the property description and I am sorry to say they rather spoiled our holiday. The good things: The garden is pleasant and the pool is very nice. The property is comfortable inside (although the décor is very eccentric) and the kitchen is well-stocked. "Maria is an excellent host. She was extremely helpful and assisted us with transfer from airport to the property, advice on places of interest, restaurants, take out and delivery options, supermarket locations and even offered to buy and deliver a birthday cake for my eldest granddaughter's birthday. The property is in fact a duplex apartment in a small block of apartments and not a house with a lovely large outdoor garden space (unclear from the the images).Our young children enjoyed the garden...

"Die Lage ist sehr schön. Soweit war es ok.Leider war die Ausstattung vom Haus nicht so prickelnd. Das Geschirr und Besteck ist alt und verkalkt bzw.rostig.Die Gläser sind unansehnlich und lassen sich nicht mehr reinigen. Die Abläufe von Dusche ,Wanne und Waschbecken stinken da keine Geruchsverschlüsse vorhanden sind. Ebenso stinken die Auflagen von den Sonnenliegen ,weil sie noch nie gereinigt worden sind in den letzten Jahren. Baulärm war die ganze Woche über vorhanden ,weil überall neue Häuser...

"Staff are all amazing, we found them all very welcoming. The location was great, the apartment were spacious and had everything you needed in them. The beds were comfortable. overall a really nice place to stay and would definitely stay again."

"Close to everything. Very clean and everything you would need for a long stay in Alicante. "

"Its basic but clean. Can be noisy at night due to the stag and hen type groups. Quite a few rules to follow and check in can be a little slow if in a large group. Staff checked the room when checking out and returned the damage deposit straight away. "

Returning for 90 Days

"Very clean comfortable Breakfast is basic Not the quality food one may expect it was readable lots of choices For the rooom rate of only £33 it is well worth the money Pool is clean if a tittle cold in November. Sauna is good. A thermomiter and a timer really should be working No alarm system if solo use and you need help "

A great stay

"The location of the Hotel is excellent with great transport links to the airport. It is within easy walking distance to the sea, and has a wide variety of shops nearby. The room was very comfortable and had a lot of storage space. The breakfast was very good and I particularly liked the fact that you could get your breakfast from 0730 hours. The staff were very helpful and spoke very good English - it was much better than my limited Spanish. When I come back to Alicante, I will again book this hotel. "
