"A very friendly hotel, with staff who did everything they could to help us, despite the language barrier. It is comfortable, if old fashioned in decor, which we liked. We had expected to be able to get breakfast and a beer or a glass of wine at night, neither of which was available, though you can get non-alcoholic hot and cold drinks and snacks from vending machines in the foyer. The area is basically industrial but is convenient for the Pompeii ruins, which are just a 20 minute walk away."

"Sono andato a Torre Annunziata per lavoro, ho soggiornato presso l'hotel grillo verde, un buon hotel pulito accogliente e personale gentile. Una ricca colazione ed una buona cucina. A chi si trova da quelle parti, lo consiglio."

"Es un bajo sin ventilacion, la puerta del baño no cerraba, ademas de que el vater no tenía tapa. La zona del apartamento muy deteriorada y sucia. Habia bolsas de basura en la pierta del edificio. Se corto la luz durante unas 15 horas. Tiene aire acondicionado pero te lo cobran aparte"

"We arrived by subway to the area and expected to get a ride the short distance to the unit. It is not far but with the heat we preferred not to walk. Unfortunately we had trouble getting a taxi or Uber. (Be aware we could not get any Uber during our stay in the area). As we chatted with our host he offered to pick us up. This was not expected, but showed the caring and personal nature that he puts in to see his guest enjoy their stay. Once we arrived we were given keys and shown around. There...
