"Lovely cottage on the hillside overlooking Menaggio and Lake Como. Everything you need is there. Deborah was very helpful, answering all questions. Walks from the cottage were lovely and the fenced in garden was great for our dog. Two or three local restaurants also within walking distance. Weather was fabulous too, even the lightning storm one night!"

"With my adult kids we spent 3 days and two nights at Giuseppes house. Its tricky to find but worth it. Great views from the patio and some of the windows to the lake. Nice pizzeria near by as well as a cute cafe for coffees, pastry and gelato. We had a great time amd Giuseppe was a great host and very communicative and responsive. The lake was beautiful. "

"If you're looking for peace, a tranquil atmosphere and glorious surroundings, this is the place for you. The house is very simple and you're off the beaten track, but there's everything you need and you'll be spending most of your time outdoors anyway. Our dogs had to be lifted into the car every time we went anywhere, because they never wanted to leave. Monique is delightful, warm and helpful, and she made us feel very welcome - we even met her equally warm and friendly parents."

"Our family of 4 had a lovely time. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the added details such as laundry soap, dish washing detergent, etc. Central A/C was fantastic- a rarity in Italy! "We had a lovely time. Torno is an idyllic little village with great food. The villa has stunning views of the lake and provides all necessary comforts. You can walk up into the hills from the villa and reach Como and around the lake easily by boat or bus."

"Yes parking is difficult but once you are parked you don't ever need to move your car as you have direct access to a ferry port and can travel to virtually any town that borders como di lago. Absolutely incredible experience seeing this beautiful and quaint corner of the world I highly recommend this stay for anyone who wants to have an authentic Italian experience"
