"Property is about 10 mins walk from the Bus station and Hotel does not provide shuttle to and fro, hence it is inconvenient to pull fhe luggage during winter time to the hotel. The back door of the hotel helps for quick access to the Yubate. Morning and Dinner buffet offer a very good spread but there is no need to book half board for more than 1 night as menus are largely the same. "

"I want to start off by saying I had a nice visit, I did the half board option and the food was plentiful and very tasty. Lots of variety, the sushi was not good and their take on Western food isn't great but the Japanese food is awesome. 2 different Onsen areas that alternate gender daily so you can try both. "This hotel is close to the train station, about a 5-10 minute walk. Check in was easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was about a 10 minute walk north from the hotel to get to an area with interesting restaurants and shops. I also like that you can book a room with a washing machine, although I didn't not do so myself. If I visit Matsumoto again, I would definitely look to stay here."

"I closed this hotel due to my last stay at APA Asakusa, Tokyo. The APA hotel and crew again made my trip very easy. "Very nice and new room with all the kitchen equipment and washing machine, very good service and extremely easy parking. If you really want to be picky, it's that the hotel is inside a mountain and you need to go downhill to get in and out, which is about a 20 to 25 minute drive. Also, our room had a second floor and the one on the second floor was a little hot. But, we still really enjoyed the housing experience, it was all great!"
