"This was the cheapest property I could find in an incredibly expensive Inverness City Centre and it was just a room with a shower and a toilet however, it was very walkable to the city centre, parking was free and I would stay there again. "

"Quaint and quiet guest house right in the heart of Inverness. Easy walking to anywhere you might want to go downtown but far enough to be quiet at night. Floors were a little creaky but the house had a lot of charm and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating."

"Cant say enough about this property. What an incredable surprise when we arrived and walked around the property and down to the ocean. The roaring fire in the loung area made for an enjoyable evening talking and sharing stories with fellow traverlers. The staff made us feel at home the minute we walked through the door. It felt like we staying a a good friends home."

"I was met by Kay in the Dining rolm which had a log fire burning. She was incredibly welcoming and made you feel relaxed. Nothing was too much yrouble and the room was first class. All other public rooms and kitchen were excellent. A very quiet and relaxing place to stay. Than you"

"The staff is very friendly. The carpet in the room is very dirty. There isn’t A/C in the room. The bathroom has a corner shower, which is very small. The showerhead is low pressure and it doesn't release Enough amount of water. There is a aroma of curry everywhere."

"Really enjoyed my stay. Room spacious and clean, fresh bedsheets and towels. There are several bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens per building, so does feel a bit like student accommodation (which I liked). The Spanish lady is amazing and needs a promotion! NOTE that I didn't receive a code from Expedia before arrival so said Spanish lady let me in. Internet password is on router in hallway."

"Hoat was friendly and made fresh breakfast every morning. Responsive and understanding of needs and arrival times. "

"Got the personal tour from Gail. Had the delux double which was very spacious and well equipped. Anything you need was available ether already there or just ask and all staff cheery n helpful. Great value for money and lovely fresh butcher supplied cooked breakfast. Sadly was a flying visit, but highly recommend for a single night or longer stay."

"This place is so cute and nice. The gentleman that greeted us at the property gave us some excellent recommendations for eating and shopping. The next morning he had our breakfast all ready. This was one of our favorite stays in Scotland. Would definitely stay here again."

The room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view from the window and breakfast was delicious and very filling. "Communication was great - clear and concise with everything explained well. Check in was all remote. We chose to add the parking for our stay - this is attached to the unit complex with lift access. The building and apartment were amazing. We had a 2 bedroom apartment- very spacious and well maintained. Full kitchen as well. Great view from the balcony. Many options for food within 5 min walk. Major shopping Centre down the road. Felt comfortable and like a home as opposed to a hotel...
