The rooms are clean the hallways are a bit worn damaged wall paper bleeched spots on the carpet. But it's a terrific location nice rooms staff are nice. "I spent a week in this hotel, and I must say this was one of the most relaxing hotel experiences I have been to. The hotel is less than 5 minutes away from both Metro Stations and Trams, it is located around one of the most active areas of Budapest, surrounded by many dining options & retail stores. it is an excellent access point to get to any attraction around the city. The room and hotel environment is pretty quiet, there is no disturbance, quite the safe location and very comfortable rooms. I was also able to do a late check-in, letting the hotel know beforehand. At the check-in counter was Kornel, a very nice guy who has in detail, explained the available facilities, how to get to them and to my room, and provided me with brochures of available tourist attractions and travel group agents you can join to make the best out of your stay. Thank you. Also shoutout to Elena, who was taking care of my room service throughout my stay!"
