"We stayed at this lovely house for three nights. The view of the ocean is incredible. House extremely clean and spacious. Great communication with the host. "

"This is a perfect spot. Convenient to downtown restaurants. Spotless! Lots of thoughtful touches that make it feel like home. Plenty of space with 3 bedrooms and a good sized living/dining and kitchen. Nice to have laundry facilities & parking. I would highly recommend!!"

"We hosted a family reunion at 4 Park Place of about 20 people who were gathering for a relative’s 100th birthday. It was an ideal setting — magnificent high-ceilinged rooms, comfortable furniture, modern kitchen, lots of room for multiple conversations throughout the day and evening. There were also excellent accommodations for a couple, two teenagers, and another adult. And the central location near Bannerman Park was highly convenient. Strongly recommended for large family events."

"Although located on the south side of the harbour, the views of Signal Hill and the boat traffic make it worth the short drive to get to downtown St. John’s. The house has been beautifully renovated and is very well equipped and comfortable. "

"The house stunk. We washed the floors on arrival and there was dog hair all over. We opened windows for a week to get rid of smell. The patio area was disgusting and only had one chair and no bbq. None of the photos represented the house. The laundry area stinks"

"3 in our party were running in the marathon. The location was perfect. Quick walk to downtown. Parking out front of the house was awesome! "

"This property was perfect for us, 2 grandparents and one 10 year old grandchild. Very comfortable bed and pullout in living room suited our grandson a d was esy to fold away during the day. We could walk to most places we wanted to be i. St. John's and there was never any problem getting a parking spot on the street just outside the house. "We had a fantastic time at this place. There was 4 of us staying there. Plenty of room and very cozy. Close to everything downtown we were able to walk around and see the sights. I had my girlfriend and daughter from Ontario with me, there first time in Newfoundland we really enjoyed ourselves.
