"We thought it was a lot of house for the money. Kitchen was well appointed and easy to navigate. House was quirky but we enjoyed it. Especially enjoyed hiking on the nearby trail. Also recommend the cable museum,,and a visit to Brigus. One should also know that Bay Roberts has all the stores etc,,but no downtown section and there is a fairly busy road in front of the house."

"Lovely cottage style one bedroom close to everything. In town for a visit with family and found this was a delightful place to stay near Belbins grocery, a walk or hike in any direction, and 5 mins from downtown. Excellent night sleep - neighborhood was super quiet at night. I wanted for nothing during my stay."

"Great place. Walking distance to all the downtown stores, pubs, and entertainment. We even walked to Signal Hill and Quidi Vidi. Highly recommend. Host was helpful and friendly. Stocked with key items. Washer and dryer was a real plus."

"This is a perfect spot. Convenient to downtown restaurants. Spotless! Lots of thoughtful touches that make it feel like home. Plenty of space with 3 bedrooms and a good sized living/dining and kitchen. Nice to have laundry facilities & parking. I would highly recommend!!"

"We hosted a family reunion at 4 Park Place of about 20 people who were gathering for a relative’s 100th birthday. It was an ideal setting — magnificent high-ceilinged rooms, comfortable furniture, modern kitchen, lots of room for multiple conversations throughout the day and evening. There were also excellent accommodations for a couple, two teenagers, and another adult. And the central location near Bannerman Park was highly convenient. Strongly recommended for large family events."

"This property was an exceptional find. Exactly as advertised but with a view more spectacular than imagined. Very clean property with all the necessary amenities. The cottage was extremely comfortable and spacious with exceptionally beautiful bedrooms with loads of closet space. We were very well located to enjoy all the nearby villages such as Bay Roberts and Harbour Grace. We had exceptional weather which put the icing on the cake on our trip. "As expected"

"We stayed here last year on Friday night of the Labour day weekend as well. Great place...very quiet, out of the way of the main roads and highways. We have stayed in two different units and both were extremely clean, even clean smelling. Kudos to the housekeeper (we met her last year but I forget her name). The owners are also super nice and friendly. We have two kids, age 4 and 9 and found the place to be very spacious and inviting. Hoping to make this a yearly tradition of staying here Friday...

"Overall great experience, minus the bit of attitude from a guy at the beginning talking about parking ~ he was on a bit of a high trip and I did find him rude. He needs to learn you can talk to people and your customers in a better manner!! … other guy there with him was lively, so mannerly and helpful ~ maybe he could learn from him!! A beautiful hotel and would stay there again. 😌"
