"Very good experience with this hotel, staff were very pleasant and friendly. We booked an accessible room which had excellent facilities for those who are not so mobile. Breakfast was a buffet, and was very good overall. Only slight negative was we both found the pillows on the bed a little uncomfortable, and would have preferred a choice"

"Staff were great looked after us well, extremely friendly . Bedroom was lovely , great view . We just found the bed to hard to sleep on , had a bout 4 hours sleep and just sat in the chairs watching the sun come up . "

"Rating based entirely on the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the fantastic spa facilities. There was work going on while we were there which was a minor inconvenience but the room we stayed in was the real let down. Dated and uncared for. The bathroom was poorly finished and the shower was not the cleanest. The flooring was lifting and squishy in places and the room itself smelt of damp. We ended up using the spa showers in the end which were superb. Scoffs and marks all over the...
