"Es un hotel que por la zona se encuentra muy bien ubicado cerca del centro comercial más importante, pero que tiene detalles que deben de repararse lo más pronto posible tanto de Mantenimiento como de limpieza. Si necesitas quedarte forzosamente en esa área es una muy buena opción, pero si no es así entonces creo que el costo beneficio no es muy bueno "

"The hotel is very good, but the people in the front desk is terrible. The person in charge of the front desk was very despotic, rude, abusing her small power base against the hotel's guests. The person who attended to me gave me the name of Mariana, who informed me that the manager on duty, Nelly Rico, was not at the hotel and would not be returning. I asked her to talk with the manager at 3pm when it was time to check in. I am very sorry for the investors whom have a Wonderfull property."

"We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. Rooms were so clean and smelt great! The location is next to everything and so much to do and eat all around you. The staff were absolutely amazing and answered all of our questions. The staff was quick and efficient. They have Vallet parking on the side of the building and it was quick and easy to use, especially since in the city and parking can be hard to locate. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and next time we come back we will be staying here again! "
