"We had a wonderful time at Ophelia's Villa. This was our very first trip to Belize and it did not disappoint. Heather, Kevin and our Ophelia's Villa hosts were extremely responsive and very helpful whenever we needed recommendations - they are excellent hosts. "We had a marvelous day with delicious meals cooked by chef Juan. Kelly and Marvin took care of the house and all of our needs. Really enjoyed our visit. Only item of note is the distance from Placencia is further than we had expected, not really a golf cart right away, requiring more cabs than we had expected."

"We stayed a week at New Dawn - plenty of room for 3 couples. The fabulous pool is the best part of the home and the beach and grounds are lovely. Be aware that the water off the beach is not clear like you might expect at a tropical beachside unit. We did have a lot of rain, but I don’t think that’s the reason.
