I didn't know I had reserved the option of no cleaning service. But that was ok compared to the noise. I stayed in room 1018 (10th floor). I thought it was great I had a corner room but the walls are paper thin. I could hear the voices of the people next door who came into their room at 10 pm. You can hear the waterworks or pipes until 2 am from the floor above. I spent 2 sleepless nights. I tried to change rooms but was denied since they were full...

kinda far from subway stations and no escalators or elevators at most entrances/exits - to keep in mind if you arent shipping luggage. hotel was very nice and staff was extremely helpful, would stay here again! only thing is theres only 2 washers and 2 dryers in the entire hotel... someone put their clothes in two separate dryers for 90 minutes each, i had to hang my clothes up to dry lol thankfully wasnt much.

Breakfast was really good lots of options to cater for every need. Staff very friendly and super helpful. Room was fit for purporse; had everything you need and really close to Subway station only 2 stops from Tokyo main station. Made getting around Tokyo and back really easy!

シンプルで無駄が無く気持ちよくすごせました。充電器を忘れてしまい貸していただきありがとうございます。気さくに話しかけやすくて素敵なスタッフさんでした。朝ご飯は無料です。無料なので数は少ないけど全部食べればお腹いっぱいになります。部屋に持ち帰れるお弁当入れがなかったのでコロナが終わったから無くなったのかな?一階のスペースで美味しくいただきました。
