All of the staffs are very helpful. The location is great, very close to the shopping area. Room is a bit small for large luggages. But for 2 people is managable. Washroom is separated from bathroom which is great. We will be staying here again if we come back to Japan. Thank you.

Very nice boutique hotel perfectly located in the shopping heart of Ginza. So much to see and do around that precinct but also very close to public transport. Staff weee very friendly and attentive. Great spot to stay.

The mattress was very comfortable and very clean. The mattress looked brand new. There are 2 things great about the location. All the major luxury brands, Chanel, Fendi, Dior, etc were on the street one half a block away. The window shopping is fun. It is close to Shimbashi train station. There you can take the Toei Subway line to either Haneda or Narita for about $4. It also takes you to the Shytree and Ashkura historical district. You can get the famous Yamanote line there which will take to 30 major areas around city. The reason I did not give this property a 5 is it has a cold impersonal feel, and the food selection at the hotel restaurant is limited and seems expensive for what it is. There are lots of other places to eat nearby.

Here's a short hotel review based on the 5-star ratings in the image: This hotel was an absolute gem! From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed. The rooms were spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the facilities were nice. The location was perfect too, with easy access to dining, shopping, and transportation. It was also surprisingly quiet and peaceful, which I really appreciated. I'd definitely stay here again without hesitation!
