A beautiful hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful, and the amenities in the room were fantastic. We were fortunate enough to book a tower view room, and think it might have been the best view in Tokyo.

Fantastic view and location - close to metro and walking distance to great areas. Much quieter than Shibuya/Shinjuku, easier to navigate than Ginza and Nihonbashi. We liked it so much we switched our final stay in Tokyo at the end of our trip back to this hotel.

An excellent stay overall. Our corner room had great city views and the top floor lounge spectacular night-time views, particularly of Tokyo tower. Buffet breakfast had vast options. Tried the Japanese breakfast which was also excellent. Bowling was an unexpected bonus. Wonderful staff. Great location. Would stay here again.

The VIP Lounge was fantastic. It was so amazing to come back from an exhausting day and to kick back with refreshments at the Lounge. Drinks, delicious food, amazing view. Also since I stayed 3 nights, I had access to free car service. Amazing.
