The hotel is well equipped and walkable from Higashi Shinjuku station. We enjoyed our stay for 2 nights with 2 young kids. Clean and modern with large comfortable bunk beds for 4 ppl. Thank you Rona hotel!

Close the main area of Shinjuku and train. A nice apartment with bunks and a kitchenette. Everything was clean and convenient.

My family, which included four adults, really enjoyed our stay at the RoNa Hotel. The room was clean and very spacious. It was helpful that the toilet and shower each had its own separate room. Several complimentary items were provided, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower soaps, etc. They even provided pajamas and an ample amount of towels. The A/C and Wi-Fi worked well. The shower was wonderful, with hot water and strong water pressure. The beds were also very comfortable and spacious. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The location was great! The hotel was close to a subway station, only about a five-minute walk away, and a 10–15-minute walk from the heart of Shinjuku. When I had questions about our stay, the staff was very quick and helpful with any concerns we had. My family and I would definitely recommend the RoNa Hotel.

Perfect for our group of 4 stay in Japan for a week. The shower was a pretty big size than the usual Japanese shower, and the toilet was separate so two people could utilize those facilities at the same time. The room was pretty spacious with a medium size dining table. Its location was in walking distance of the main parts of Shinjuku as well as nearby the train station and a 7/11. The only minor thing was the stairs are very narrow making it a bit annoying to carry up and down big luggages. Overall a pretty good experience and would recommend.

Good amount of space (we were a family of 4), with a basic kitchen and a kitchen table - this helped when we had a 7-11 dinner! The location was a bit removed from the main action of Shinjuku.

The Rona hotel is a 5 minute walk from the station. It’s in a lovely quiet neighborhood with convenience stores and a supermarket close by. There’s a delicious curry restaurant right across the street. The washing machine in the unit was so nice to have. I would recommend this hotel.

The room had four separate beds and a dining area, which was ideal for our group. The self check-in process was convenient, though the stairways were a bit narrow. The location was great, being within walking distance to the subway station, and the neighborhood was quiet, providing a peaceful stay. Overall good stay at RoNa
Great stay for small group. Close to the Oedo line and other convenient stores. No elevator, tight staircase, and small room posed a challenge with luggage, but otherwise a good experience.

The property was close to the subway station and convenience store. We liked the bunk beds and having a fridge, microwave and washing machine in the unit. There is no drying machine but there is a local laundromat close by you can dry your clothes at. The one thing they did not provide was the wifi password, so we had to use our data the whole time we were there. There is no staff onsite to ask and the one time we saw someone, he didn’t know it either. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable for our family of four.

A decent sized room that is very quiet. In the centre of the city and convenient to subway. Nice to have a table and chairs and little kitchen. Very comfortable in a small apartment building with 3-4 rooms. Check-in is all done on an ipad. There is no staff or front desk.

Very clean and easy to find and to check in. The location is also excellent as it is located close to several rail stations. Quiet street, with several restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Plenty of towels and even a washing machine was in the room. Pajamas were provided. Linens were comfortable and clean. The hotel is unmanned so we could not ship or store our luggage there earlier than our check in but they did provide a link to a third party storage service and our luggage was stored for cheap at another hotel down the street.

Will not book it again.
First, even they mention this in Accessibility section, but they should list out "Access to upper floors only by the stairs" in the summary since this is really important to the people. If I've knew this, I wouldn't book it. Second, they should have more wall-mounted coat/towel racks and more clothes hanger since if you're going to dry your wet clothes and hang your coat/towel at same time, you simply can't. They should also consider to put a wall-mounted hook on the door of bathroom so people can hand their towel there. Third, the amenity rack is too high to reach to the top layer, they should provide a stand stool.
