It was a great stay on the 10th floor! Awesome view of the Tokyo Dome plus a great breakfast. The front desk staff was exceptional!

It's not as jaw dropping as the Richardson in Tokyo. There they have activities for guests, our room was bigger, and they had these amazing pajamas we loved. Here we got robes, which were nice, but we had gotten spoiled.

Location of hotel is very good. Near different transportation stations, restaurants and convenient stores. It was quite busy for two days when there was a concert of Seventeen in Tokyo Dome.

Great stay, location was superb.
The room was small but confortable. There was a double bed and a single, we were two adults and one child. It was clean, breakfast was good and the staff were super friendly. The proximity to Tokyo Dome was great as we had wonderful food and entertainment right at our door. The Don Quixote store right at the entrance was definitely a plus too. Would definitely come back.

Very modern and quiet place. Safe and convenient location. Would prefer a Japanese breakfast option. Main desk staff provided information that sometimes should be double checked (maybe I misunderstood the translation)

The hotel was very clean. It was convenient with Don Don Donki just downstairs and operating 24 hrs. The Tokyo Dome opposite also provides dining and shopping options. Though Suidobashi is not in the bust and hustle of Shinjuku, I found this area very convenient too with the subway exit just 5 mins walk away. Thank you for the wonderful stay we've had.

After booking this hotel a few months in advance as we got closer to our trip I started to worry that we weren’t in a good location. Was I wrong!! We loved everything about the hotel and the Tokyo Dome city across the street couldn’t be beat for shopping, food, beauty and convenience. The hotel rooms are quite small but we managed just fine. The hotel offers excellent amenities on the fourth floor including facial serum. We agreed that we would stay there again. Enjoy!

The staff are excellent! Customer Service was fantastic. I greatly appreciated they could speak English! The only negative - the restaurant. I really hoped for a traditional Japanese breakfast. Instead they had an English-style (which I don’t eat). 🙁. They need to add a Japanese breakfast! Location was perfect for Tokyo Dome and easy to get to two train stations!

We made a nonrefundable reservation three bed room with two adult and a teenager. The demanded for a up-charge for room that sleeps three. I could not call Expedia from Japan and the hotel staff was not helpful at all. Never make nonrefundable reservation with Expedia. Period.
