Not the most centralized of locations but very easy to get to Tsukiji and Ginza. The area is quiet with little traffic, making it a nice respite from the frenetic pace of much of Tokyo.

The hotel was good, except for the extremely hot room. We stayed in December but the central heating system meant it was very uncomfortable to stay in. We were also on level 12, so when it was the afternoon/evening, the sun exacerbated the problem. We asked a staff member to check our thermostat but it was not effective at all. She recommended us to turn on the fan, but it was very loud during the night and did not solve the problem. We also had to open the door to let cool air in which was inappropriate. However, the room was clean and had a nice lobby and surrounding area. There is also a bus right outside making it easy to access Tsukiji, Ginza and Tokyo Station.

Everything is great!! If front desk staff can be little bit more friendly.the over all experience can be better. Don’t feel the welcoming from Front desk staffs. The lobby cleaning lady is friendly! The breakfast cafe staffs are great and amazing.

Great hotel for family as it’s on the quieter area of Tokyo. 6 min bus ride to Tsukiji Market and 10 mins to Ginza. And 6 mins walk to the closest subway station.

I booked this hotel because the hotel I usually stay at whenever I go to Japan was fully booked at this time. This is a new hotel, it's very clean and price is affordable. I was born and raised in Tokyo where not far from this hotel. I thought it was not too far to stop by my parents' house, but unlike Toyosu, Harumi is still in the process of development. It is very quiet at night and there are hardly any people on the street, but safe. The view from the room, which was recommended as the best for long-term stays, was just the wall of the office building cross the back street, so I will refrain from booking hotels on Expedia in the future. The senior level employees have a professional manner, but there are a few trainees who are busy chatting at the front desk, and to be honest, I wish they would do it somewhere that customers could not hear. You cannot drive your car in front of the entrance. It gives the impression of a small boutique condominium rather than a hotel. Pros: clean and new. Cons: depends on a room what you are assigned. low-rise no view.

A quite new hotel in a newly developed urban area. Convenient to go Tsukiji, Ginza, Odaiba, and many places. The amenities are new and clean. There is an option to park your car in hotel overnight. However, the room size is sooooo small. Not likely good for two people. I mean it sleeps two people, but there is no space for both of you move around in room.

The staff here were excellent. We had to make a couple of changes to our reservation which presented no issues for the staff and they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Their breakfast buffet was delicious and had a very good selection of options to choose from which also catered for the kids. The room itself was spacious, clean and lovely. Would definirely stay here again.

New hotel in the Harumi area. Easy walking to Toyosu market. However, other than 7-11 next to the hotel, any dining options are quite a distance. Check in staff was not that friendly when I asked if I could get a room on the higher floor. His answer was blunt and curt with a NO!

Excellent hotel for visiting the city and Ginza. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. My only complaint would be the fitness room was small and rooms facing the street had lots of noise from trucks passing by early morning that disrupted my sleep. I would give up the view and go for a room off the street next time.

Spacious room, enjoyed the room with a separate toilet and shower. Mattress could have been more stiff, pillows were too soft. But overall, very good hotel. Foray very nice and restaurant and cafe were nice. The subway station was a short walk, don't follow google which says it's a 12 min walk but really it's a 7 min walk if you take the shortcut pedestrian bridge. Daiso is nearby, everything is convenient and Toyosu is easy to get to by walking or taking the bus. Would def stay here again!

The rooms were very clean and nice. Most of the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. One was grumpy, seemed annoyed, and not very friendly, but did his job fine. The area was a bit isolated, so transportation was a little tricky getting there.
