The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to transportation. The view of the Tokyo Skytree from the hotel was stunning. Having a shopping mall right in front of the hotel made everything even more convenient. The room was small but very clean and warm. The restaurants within the hotel were delicious and enjoyable, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Great hotel, the Staff were all very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The view from the rooms and deck were wonderful. It is near to many unique places to dine, shop and sight see. Great place to stay overall.

Overall very impressed by the hotel. The staff were very helpful and spoke decent English. The hotel is right on top of a station that has a direct line to Narita Airport so there are no transfers needed. There is a nearby supermarket where you can get all the drinks and snacks you need and the Tokyo Skytree Solamachi is also right there with plenty of dining options. The Kura Sushi located in the hotel is also very convenient. A couple of downsides: the room was smaller than I expected for a junior deluxe room. Could barely open our suitcases. I know Tokyo hotel rooms tend to be small but I hoped they would be a bit bigger once you got out of the city center. Also, the hotel is close to Asakusa but relatively far from everywhere else in Tokyo, such as Shinjuku and Shibuya. It's easy to get there by train but the travel time does add up. Would stay again if the price is right.
