I like this hotel for location, service and breakfast. Room is not roomy but it's clean and cozy. The only big issue to me is the old air condition with only low-mid-high switch.

Overall a good place. Bathroom floor (the material as they are not tiles) carries some odd smell... but thankfully they kept a refreshing spray which I was using daily.

The overall experience was a five stars rating. What I like: - staff are very attentive and helpful - location is very convenient. some said that it's in the middle of all the metro stations but not close of any of them, which is not very accurate. It's just 3-4 minutes walk from A8 exit of Mitsukoshimae eki station. And the day I checkout it was raining and I didn't have an umbrella (btw the hotel provides umbrellas to guests as well) but by taking the advantage of walking under the elevated railway track I could stay dry for my walk from the hotel to the Tokyo station, with just a few hundred meters not covered. - it has a 24 hours convenient store and also a 24 hours local restaurant just across the road opposite to the hotel. What I don't like: - the air conditioning is centralized. I personally don't like heat but it was winter time guess they only provides heat. I then had to open the window but since it very close to the raliway track it was kind of noisy by doing that but otherwise the room was quite when the window was shut. It's a very good hotel for participants running Tokyo Marathon by the way.

Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve been to in Tokyo. We were given a room that smells like urine. Asked to switch and the second room smelled even worse. The location is great but the rooms are disgusting.

10 min walk to Tokyo Station. Although small room but clean. Window sealing is good so nearly not aware of the traffic noise outside. Front desk is very friendly. Very good budget solution for my next Tokyo trip.

I would return. The property provides all that one needs for a pleasurable stay. The immediate area does not have much of interest, but it's only a short walk to Kanda and Tokyo Station area.
