We had a king room but didn’t realise it was a matress on the floor. The room is as i expected for japan was small but due to everything being at floor level the small room just seem magnified. The rest of my family had twin room which while small were much more manageable. The property is new which was nice. Breakfast was basic but sufficient.

A very convenient and enjoyable stay. The property is well located, clean and the staff are super friendly. My only let down with the apartment was a very firm mattress and pillows that were quite firm and no option for soft pillows. This is however a personal preference. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and come here again in the future.

The rooms are quiet, even though the hotel is located in the heart of Shinjuku. The rooms could be cleaner, but they are fine. The wet bath with shower and deep bathtub all in one room is very nice. Very convenient location and excellent dining and shopping close by.
