Well kept hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, we even had our picture taken and given free snacks/chocolate as part of some halloween celebrations! The room was well appointed and clean. Facilities were also well kept and tidy. Note that breakfast is in a cafe a little walk away from the hotel. While we found it fine for our needs, some with larger appetites may find it disappointing. The food also mostly consists of bread items (croque monsieur, plain toast, tuna scrambled egg on toast and a ham sandwich). So anyone with a gluten intolerence/allergy, or on a kosher/halal diet might want to skip including breakfast and go elsewhere. The locale was great however for transport, shopping and eateries with all three being a short walk from the hotel doors.

This was my last hotel and it was spacious enough to hold my overhead luggage comfortably. The bathroom was great too. I definitely feel like APA hotels always get the job done

Nice hotel. Rooms are small. Close to the train station, and there are many food choices around. The only thing I did not like was the early checkout time of 10 AM. Late checkout requires 1000 yen for each hour.

Convenient place to stay in Tokyo!
Staff were very polite and the location was definitely very convenient. You can reach most parts of the city with 1 or 2 lines and reach stations within 5-10 minutes. The pillows were very uncomfortable and the lack of coin laundry machines in the hotel was inconvenient, but there are nearby coin laundry places. The rooms were very clean and serviced nicely when requested or every 3 days. Definitely would recommend this place if you want a good location for value.

Everything you need for a stay in Tokyo. Convenience stores, coffee and restaurants all near by. easy walk to Ningyocho, Bakuroyokoyama and Kodemmacho stations. Even easy walk into Tokyo CBD or Ginza. Great staff. only thing is the pillows were bad but thats a small price to pay.
