This hotel is dated and has definitely seen better days. I had a non-smoking room that reeked of smoke :(. However, it was low cost and everything worked. The guy in reception was welcoming and friendly- made a particular effort to explain things, show me the free drinks in reception and hand me a tourist map. Location is walkable from centre (flat walk), but slightly further than ideal. Many dining options easily reached, but don’t expect much English spoken (have a translation app handy).

Generally satisfied, room bigger than many other such rooms - but Tokushima is not prime real estate. Bed was a bit hard, as was the pillow, and two pillows would have been nice, not just one!. Also, disappointed that it was a conte\inental breakfast only - though it was fine, would have likes a mixed continental and Japanese offering. Only one downside - no tea at breakfast, Japanese or Indian!!!! Not everyone drinks coffee! Next time - Tea please!!!!!

A good place to stay in Tokushima.
The hotel is a fair walk from the Station, but under cover for much of the way. It rained quite a lot while we were there [2 nights] but the hotel staff supplied us with umbrellas. We had heard about the famous Odori dances, and made a day trip to Takamatsu to see the famous Ritsurin garden. There is a very popular Ramen restaurant 100 yards down the road from the hotel. Boiled egg for breakfast.

Great hotel and staff, not far from the train station. Breakfast was a mixture of bread and pastries, so not much of a selection, but it was OK.

The rooms are typically small as a standard in Japan. However the room had all the amenities. Staff was helpful and hotel was clean. Location was away from downtown and quiet. Breakfast was not available early enough and the hotel should offer some sort of early bird grab and go breakfast.

Value for money
A quite reasonable hotel with a very good single room. The room was open and airy albeit small as most Japanese hotel rooms are. It had an opening window and pleasant outlook. I'm a crosiiant and coffee breakfast water so breakfast was adequate but if you're after something more substantial then the breakfast would disappoint.

Good business class hotel
We stayed a couple of nights before heading on the Shikoku pilgrimage. The place has good laundry facilities and a free small breakfast available (pastries, boiled egg & soup). It is a good location and within walking distance to the Tokushima station and ropeway.

Well, I was able to do my laundry on the third floor the second night I was there. They had just one stacking washer and dryer and the first night it was already being used so I was out of luck since they had certain hours of use. We had a view of the street from a high floor. Do not open the windows -so many little gnats flew in. I spent a half hour killing all of them on the ceiling. Don't want to be unkind, but they certainly need to re-think their standards for cleanliness. When we checked into the room, there was someone's undershirt underneath the one chair in the room. The drapes had so much dust on them, i thought it was part of the fabric! The corners of the room were just not clean. The bathroom was clean enough. It was down the street from a bus stop. Not really the most convenient hotel, but there was a convenience store just next door.

Good business hotel
A good typical business class hotel. It's a short walk from the station but close to Mount Bizan and the Awaodori building. The breakfast buffet had lots of options and good food. The hotel staff were attentive and willing to store our luggage when we checked in early and had to check out before our flight out. The room was good, and decently spacious for two people, but was only set up for one person - they quickly brought up extra towels and pillow.

very average, poor service.
Average hotel, clean enough but expensive for what it is. An awful breakfast considering you pay for it and terrible coffee and old bread. I have stayed in many hotels in Japan over last few years so i can compare to others. Hotel staff also more interested in charging for late check, after requesting one than looking after you. I would look at alternative hotels.

Western sized rooms!
We checked into this hotel expecting another tiny room based on what we had previously experienced in Tokyo, but we were pleasantly surprised! The room wasn't huge but it was quite comfortable for two people and provided enough space for us to have luggage on the floor and still move around easily. The bathroom was also a good size and could easily fit two people as well. The hotel is located near the main bar area, restaurants are plentiful, and the train station is just a 10-15 minute walk away. Hotel staff were helpful, let us store luggage before we checked in and spoke English well. Free wifi and HD television with several English channels was also greatly appreciated! If we ever go back to Tokushima to visit our friends here again, we will certainly be returning to this hotel!

Hotel was clean, tidy and central to everything. 10 minute walk to train station with good little japanese restaurants close by. Only thing with this area is that there is very few banks and exchanges, so if you go to Tokuahima make sure you have plenty of Yen when you go.

ホテル地下駐車場が狭く、遅く行くと駐車できないところでした。デッドは良いが、洗面ボールに日々が見られ残念だった。食事はバイキング形式で６時半より出来た良かった。ウエルカムドリンクやアメニティーがフロント前にあり選びやすい。
