"A very good location for short time vacation. The bus line outside the front gate is excellent as it stops at most tourist places. Shopping and dining become very easy. Their laundry room is very big and provides many machines, very good. The pool is beautiful, but I didn't try it, because the weather was still cool. The beach is walkable even you don't swim in this season. The only complaint is breakfast buffet was very crowded. "

"Amazing stay at the Hyatt Regency. Excellent service from the staff - shoutout to Watabe on the reception desk who even helped us book our ferry to Zamami island. Enjoyed lunch, breakfast and a massage here for a reasonable price. Location was perfect, being less than a two minute walk from Kokusai Dori street and a ten minute drive from Naha airport. Lovely, spacious and clean rooms and bathroom. Would definitely stay again!!"

"Indoor pool is nice. The hot tub could have been hotter. I couldn’t use the public bath since i have a tattoo. I couldn’t try the breakfast since I left early every day to go on excursions. The hotel is far away from Naha "

"A nice hotel with wonderful staff in a great location with a covered walkway both to the monorail and Naha Bus Terminal, with lots of shopping and dining options nearby. There are free drinks in the lobby downstairs including sake, awamuri and hot and cold drinks during a happy hour 3pm-6pm. There is a toaster and a microwave for guests to use, as well as a self-service laundry. I loved my spacious room with the balcony- it’s much bigger than the standard rooms. The beds were comfortable- not too hard and not too soft. If I were nitpicking, I would say I wish there was at least instant coffee provided in the rooms as there was none and to have coffee you had to go down to the lobby, but only after 10am when the breakfast was over. And this free coffee was horrible anyway, it was different to the one from the happy hour. Also, the grey carpet in the room looked a bit dirty, thankfully there were slippers provided. "
