However, instructions for cleaning/leaving were not given so there was some confusion about what we needed to do. We had noticed that there were some areas that had not been cleaned for a while, then met the person who came to change the beds and apparently that is all she does? So - clearer instructions please, we would have cleaned if we'd known we had to."

"Houses were very clean and well presented, with good kitchen equipment - except for extra teatowels (we were there 4 days) a pot mitt, and a couple more more rubbish bags. We appreciated the firewood, so could make the house cosy, and with the double glazing, and the heat pumps we were comfortable."
