"This is a lovely hotel and so beautiful. My family and I loved the decorations. The room had everything we needed. We had dinner at the Japanese restaurant on the 6th floor and it was easily the most beautiful multi course meal I've had, maybe ever! When we checked out we had 2 hours until our train and they have a luggage room and were happy to watch our bags for an hour or so. We didn't try the onsen, I have large tattoos. "Incredible high floor view of everything north of downtown Sendai, including the Sendai Dai Kannon statue. The room was very large, quiet, and felt very luxurious, including the great smelling bath salts. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They greet you on the first floor and handle luggage, then direct you to the 25th floor lobby where check-in happens.
