Well stocked kitchen. We fell in love with Poggio Mirteto town. We had lovely walks, visited hill towns . Enjoyed Marmore falls and Narni in particular.. Easy access to train station in 20 minutes. "We had a party of 10, aged from 27 to 88. The setting was just perfect. The amenities are good, the villa I would decribe as rustic. For us the pool area was perfect. We took some Bluetooth speakers for some music. The Belvedere Restaraunt is 500 metres away and also has a great outlook and good food as reasonable prices. A car is essential, we only had one, which was enough for us. We all loved it, without exception."

There are multiple train stations near the area my family used to go into downtown Rome to enjoy the sites.
