We came back to Düsseldorf and decided to reserve for an additional 2 nights due to the cleanliness and communication and value. It is actually an apartment with everything you need. Love it here. "Das Gebäude ist nicht neu, wird aber gepflegt. Die S-Bahn hinterm Haus fährt nachts nicht. Die Hausdame ist total nett und hilfsbereit. Hier fühle ich mich wirklich als Gast willkommen. Immer wieder gerne!"

"This hotel is in a great location near a bus stop and so easy to get to the train station. The room had a kitchenette with a separate living room/ dining area. It was well stocked with cups, plates and cookware. My only complaint is that there were no screens on the windows so we had a few visiting mosquitoes. I believe the no screens is a European thing as the hotels we stayed at in Amsterdam and Paris also didn’t have window screens. Check in was easy and great communication from the host. I...

"It's luxurious place when I lived here. Comfortable bed and convenient facilities and safe accommodation are important for us. More important must be clean and the place could give us everything. Recommended it."

"Good location but very noisy. Rooms are not soundproof at all and not really clean. There was a bug in my room but the hotel told me that I couldn't cancel the booking as I paid non refundable in advance. And even when I told them, that I paid for a proper service only a room change was offered. Won't stay there any again."
