Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We liked the colors and all of the outdoor spaces filled with plants and flowers. We liked the staff, the restaurant and the food. The rustic furniture in these spaces was a nice visual touch as well although some probably shouldn't be used for actual seating. We did not like our room. We paid for a room with a view which did have a little terrace but it looked out over the roof and onto a loud and busy street. You could also see the machinery on the rooftop and there were workers who climbed over the railing near our room daily to access these machines (checking and/or fixing them - we were not sure). We did not have hot water our first day and it was hit or miss after that. There was no TV which is actually ok but there's also no phone in the room, no hair dryer, iron or other basic essentials. Also, the outlet near the bathroom sink was a little blackened which was a worry. There was also a lot of peeling paint around the property including in our room. While Todos Santos is small, quiet and pleasant art town, we feel this property is totally over rated. Considering they only have 11 rooms, it seems it would be easy to put some effort and amenities into each one so they truly look and feel special. With all of the other hotel options close by, we would absolutely not stay at this property again.
