"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, cozy and clean. Loved having the fireplace in the room. The restaurant was lovely with amazing food. Drinks were yummy! I did not get a chance to use the pool as it was closed due to the extremely low temperatures making it difficult to keep the pool warm. "
