"This was our second time staying here, last time was in the Summer of this year. Seeing it both during the Summer and Winter makes it feel totally different. The hotel is beautiful, the location is beautiful, and the food that’s included is top tier. We spent all day relaxing at the thermal baths and saunas, and then slept great in our comfortable bed. "

"Very friendly, clean , super pool and sauna, excellent breakfast and dinner , somewhat difficult to store luggage in the room. Overall very good value for money."

"Conveniently located. The facility is well designed, very functional, fairly clean, and offers all amenities (except dining) - breakfast, coffee, refreshments, and even laundry facility. Will definitley stay there again next time we visit Innsbruck/ Telfs."
