"We stayed 3 nights… This was a beautiful apartment with lovely outdoor space. The staff was very helpful and responsive on whatsapp; that worked great for us given our limited spanish; they helped arrange a balloon ride and tours. Some of the staff have great english; the others use their phones to translate; everyone was always open and accommodating! "The property manager was very nice and communicated often, which was appreciated. However, there were a few things I would’ve preferred had been described further in the property description. To start, it’s not quite in the center of the city. It’s about a 10 to 15 minute car ride. No stove in the kitchen, they did have an electric top. The upstairs bathroom did not flush, and there was ant invasion which was promptly addressed "
