"Stayed 3 nights. Had 2 double beds pushed together so plenty of room! Great shower! Very clean room and bathroom. Rooms overlooking pool had sun on them all day. Rooms overlooking road were shady most of the day. Only criticism was our air con although working didnt throw out cold air. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool. Doors opened to pool area so towels werent on sunbeds at 6am. Still had the problem of people laying towels out and disappearing for the day. Good entertainment throughout day...

"Very positive review coming. We are a couple in our 50s and 60s. Disregard the majority of the negative reviews, they put bad reviews usually of 1 bad incident. "Our Check-in was a bit stressful upon arrival because there are two complexes in the facilities and we were bumped into the alternate building. The room we were assigned was considered an upgrade facing the ocean but was quite small in size, Upon entry we immediately checked to see and found that the AC did not work and the fridge was on the blink. "Great visit to Best Hotel Cambrils. Food was great with plenty of options for everyone. The beach was such a short walk from the hotel. The rooms have a mini fridge inside them to keep your drinks cool. The hotel is situated In a quieter location compared to Salou or Cambrils. The hotel always looked clean and tidy and the large dining area was very nice. There are bus stops just outside the front of the hotel which will take you to Salou/Cambrils/Portaventura world theme park. The bus is €2.10...

"Lovely hotel, right beside the beach. We were given a room looking out on the pool area and the beach. Beautiful sea view. Food in the hotel was very good, even though we didn’t book inclusive we had our breakfast there ever morning and also had some of our evening meals there. Friendly helpful staff."

"Hotel Negresco has a wonderful staff who can't do enough to help guests - in several languages! The hotel is spotlessly clean, the food options are varied and delicious. The rooms are well appointed - and the sea views wonderful. My only complaint was the weather - four days of POURING rain - but the hotel is not responsible for that!"

"The rooms are very big. The cimplex is HUGE. I was looking forward to a swim in the indoor pool, as advertised. But there isnt a swimming pool. There is an enormous thermal mineral spa (1000m) on site that people travel here to use. The hotel charge €37 to go in. But on a saturday you have to pre book and it was full. Also, the hotel website advertise a room, including dinner and entry to the thermal spa for same as we paid via expedia, for just a room!!!"

"We spent 5 nights at this hotel, and for the price, it offered fantastic value. We flew into Barcelona and rented a car from OK Mobility. Conveniently, there was free street parking nearby, along with an unmarked parking area just behind the hotel, which was also free. The hotel is in a prime location: PortAventura and Ferrari Land adventure parks are just a 10-minute walk away, and Salou Beach is also within walking distance. Supermarkets and shopping facilities are close by, making it easy to get anything we needed. The hotel staff were friendly, and the food was good. We traveled as a family of four (two adults and two kids), along with two other families, and had a fantastic time. The hotel has both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, as well as steam, jacuzzi, and sauna facilities, which made for a relaxing stay. Additionally, there were pool and table tennis facilities, along with evening entertainment provided by the hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it for families looking for a great value stay close to local attractions"
