"This cottage was an updated, cute New England style cottage. Lovely back deck on the water offered scenic views all day long. Kitchen updated nicely. A smoke alarm went off one night because of battery issues. The washer seal was very mildewy. Trash cans were full upon our arrival so we could barely get our trash into them as requested. The towels were a bit smelly and there were not enough hand towels. Overall we were very pleased! The owners just need to work out a few maintenance or property...

"We loved staying in this cute little home during the weekend of our friends wedding. We weren't around for too much time, but really enjoyed it. The kitchen was stocked full of everything utensil or pan we needed, and then some. We also wanted to extend our stay after we booked and they were very accommodating and got back to us very quickly. "This house was perfect for what we were looking for - a nice, easy place to sleep for the night on our way through Rhode Island. Property was clean and cozy and in a cute little neighborhood. That morning we walked down to a little inlet and watched some ducks swimming. The only note I would have is that it's a little tricky to find the spot at night - it's a little further down the street than its mailbox, which is a little confusing - but once you get there it's a great place to stay!"

"We had an awesome time at the cottage. It’s a quick walk to the neighborhood beach that is very clean. Beautiful area and the neighbors always smiled and waved as we went by. The house was fully equipped and had everything we needed and more and was clean. We only had to buy food- all soaps and supplies were provided which was nice. The owners Matt and Carly were very responsive and friendly and gave us some great recommendations for food (Turk’s is a must!) and activities. "
