"Wenig Gedanken gemacht das keine Saison ist und alle umliegendenden Restaurant und Geschäfte in Dorf Tirol geschlossen sind. Weihnachtsmarkt in Bozen und Meran besucht. Im Hotel wurde kein Nachtessen angeboten. Leider wurde das in keinen Unterlagen erwähnt. Die Hoteleigene Bar war zwar offen bis 21:00 Uhr. Wollte man etwas konsumieren wurden wir durch die Reception aber auch den Chef verwiesen auf die kleine Minibar im Zimmer. Mit dem Gästepass konnten die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und Museen...

"False advertisement. Rooms do not have AC. We were given a fan and told to open the balcony door for fresh air. We were promptly robbed and the hotel could have cared less- the owner actually blamed us! We promptly called hotels.com and your rep contacted the owner and he agreed that he was incredibly rude and was going to ask that the hotel be pulled from your listings.s"

"Arrived on arrival day at 7pm. the guy at front desk looked at me as if he has seen a gost!!! he was nervous and unexperienced. Told me we did not have a reservationa. I showed him the booking with Expedia and then he say...well you are lucky we have a room for you. and he left to prepare the room for us..leaving the front desk unatended. Got back and gave us a standard room... I told him we have booked a luxury suite and after a few more minutes he said........ o yes... yes.. and left...
