Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay."

The hotel is amazing, is clean, the breakfast has a lot of options, and if you are travelling early they will prepare your breakfast for take away. The rooms are very comfortable, the views are amazing to the mountains. Is a hotel perfect for couples, families, solo travelers. Is close to many places of interest like restaurants , the city center, coffee shops, shops, and the cable car. Easy to find from the train station....

"This is an exceptional hotel dedicated to the arts with each room decorated by a specific artist. Our room was Bruno Spaetti! The staff was very kind and generous and the rooms well appointed with its own sauna. Would highly recommended this hotel. "
