"We had a great stay, we came to Iowa to play in a High School preseason tournament. We were looking for a house that would fit the 12 players, coaches, and parent drivers. There was plenty of space. We also were looking for something that would allow the ladies to hang and connect as a group and leading into the season, and there was more than enough space in the house to allow them to have their time as a team. "Lovely condo in a great location near downtown. Very new, still smells new! Lots of space. Layout and bedroom worked perfect for our family. Kitchen needs stocked a bit more in the utensil department. Easy check-in! Thanks for a great stay!"

"great location and walking distance to a lot of places. BUT we felt like we were staying in someone's house who packed up and left for the weekend. It was not very sanitary, there were multiple dog beds throughout the house, even though the listing said no pets, which made it hard for my partner who is extremely allergic to dogs. "Great stay. Very nice bar, May want to have a signature drink. Bartender was great. Pool area looked nice. Didn’t get to see the breakfast buffet, but if is anything like the rest of the hotel, it must have been amazing."

"We had a very positive experience in all aspects. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Parking arrangement is convenient and affordable. Room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and attractive. I appreciate the ceramic mugs and glass glasses instead of the typical disposables. "

"Extremely friendly staff. gives you full sized bottles of water at no cost and extended our checkout time at the asking. Romm very clean and restaurant and nice coffee shop right there. Only negatives which were all minor in nature were no fan in bathroom so mirrors fogged up after shower, ceiling light in bathroom out but not replaced so maybe not work and no clock in our room. "
