"I love the fact I was able to celebrate my birthday on November 21-November 24, I am beyond grateful. However, when I got there online said the fee is $75 and I went in person the person behind the counter stated that its $100 fee wasn’t aware it. Secondly, my room door was not opening at all and I had to turn the nob up. I started cleaning the hotel room to find hair in the tub and some brown stains on the toilet. I thank goodness I came prepared to cleaned the bathroom. The first guy behind the counter was very unprofessional he was assisting me and speaking to someone else on his phone. The room didn’t have any WiFi at all I was told they were coming to change the box of WiFi in the room I stayed in but they wanted me to move to another room. I wish the bathroom was a little upgraded at least… "

"Erika went out of her way to find an accessible room for me. Very helpful. ADA comfort height commode, only since this is an 'Historic' property, they are not required to have shower only accessibility. Comfort and cleanliness are superb! Bed and pillows are super outstanding. Easy access for me during construction of my local condo which is uninhabitable at present. This was stay #2 and I'm coming back tonight for #3! "

"This hotel is full of warm, caring people who truly care about their guests and want to help in any way they can, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. We stayed here with our two young children for our first week after returning to the US from several years abroad, and it was a wonderful way to come back. Every encounter was a pleasure and every issue was solved quickly and with compassion. The breakfast is pretty good, too! And, of course, everything was clean and the room was very comfortable. Highly recommend."
