"Gorgeous property. The owner has it beautifully designed, well-equipped, and super clean! The neighborhood has seen a bit of gentrification but still has its old-school Latino roots. We loved meeting the neighbors and their pups. The corner shop was amazing as well as the bars and restaurants. 10-15 mins cab ride to happenings downtown. Highly suggest."

"We stayed at this property for one night while we participated in some professional learning in the city. We rode the blue line into town and the metro home. This property is very clean and a perfect location to be able to park and not worry about downtown parking fees. We were able to communicate with the property manager regarding parking prior to us checking in. Everything here was delightful."

"We booked this property as we were working at the DNC. JD was very attentive and responded to every question. We only had one issue which JD responded to immediately. He was very communicative which is very appreciated. The only negative "if I could call it that" the 4th sleeping space is not a sleeper sofa but a queen air mattress. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay, and we would definitely return. Thank you for everything."

"The location is great if you are attending an event at the UChicago. The apartment is big and bright. A couple of small issues - the paint in the shower (the tiles were painted over!) is peeling and falling off while you shower and the cleaning needs to be a little more thorough with the floor boards. "This was a fantastic spot. The host provides some toiletries in case you forget something and a basic first aid kit if you need it. My personal favorite was the iron and ironing board to take the wrinkles out from packing your stuff. Checking in and communicating was great. Highly recommend even if it's a little bit away from the city."
