"Lovely villa in a little village, where you can hear the goats and chickens. The villa was lovely, clean and had everything we needed for a two week stay. The owners live right next door and always on hand if we needed them , which we did a couple of times. Great location for exploring istra ."

"Sehr netter Vermieter, die Übergabe hat problemlos geklappt.Schöne und ruhige Gegend (genau was wir wollten), trotzdem ist man in einer halben Stunde in der Stadt oder am Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants sind noch näher erreichbar.Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig und man hat alles was man braucht.Auch der Pool ist toll und gepflegt.Perfekt für uns als Familie mit kleinen Kindern und Hund."

"Die Übergabe und Abreise sind unkompliziert und der Kontakt sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und der Garten und Pool gepflegt. Auch ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt (Küche). Für kleiner Einkäufe gibt es kleine Läden in der Umgebung; für größeren Einkauf finden sich Kaufland, Lidl, Plodine etc. in etwa 20 km Entfernung. Wer einen ruhigen und ungestörten Urlaub sucht, ist hier perfekt aufgehoben. Mit Grill, überdachter Terrasse, Pool, Sonnenliegen; es hat uns an nichts gefehlt"

"Hosts were amazing and so quick to respond to any questions we had. House was exactly as described. Great location, close to Rovinj, Porec and Pula. There was 6 of staying? 5 adults and a 15 year old. Loved the pool area for morning coffee and swim before exploring different cities, as well as sun bathing during some days. "I can’t say this enough, the service at this hotel is top of the line. We had an issue with our room upon check in and the team at the hotel checked on us multiple times to ensure that everything was ok. They truly showed understanding and compassion throughout our stay. The amenities provided at Grand Park are the best I’ve seen in Croatia and would highly recommend. The view into the city of Rovinj is also incredible. The one item that I would suggest as an improvement is that it is clear the hotel is seeing some wear and tear that comes with its usage. Things like scuffs on hallways and dirt in certain parts of the hotel. This is my second time staying here and will definitely be coming back."

"Breakfast was amazing (except for the fruit flies) Facilities were exceptional. Service was spectacular. Rooms were spacious & quiet. Bathrooms were the best I have ever stayed at. Walk to Old Town was pleasant. Would return."

"Apartments are part of hotel. facilities very good and there looks to be an excellent kids club. walking distance to Porec or use the land train for a variety of restaurants and bars to suit everyone. we found all the staff, from reception to cleaning and maintenance, are very friendly and professional and happy to help On the down side, while the apartments are very clean and acceptable inside, the fabric of the buildings is very poor and needs a complete overhall. Our apartment B6 had rotten wood on the bottom of the door which was turning into a hole - not good! All in all an enjoyable break"
