"A well maintained, beautiful house. The yard is not large but has a nice swimming pool and a gorgeous old tree that provides excellent shade from the hot sun. The hosts are thoughtful, responsive and nice. They made efforts to help us in every possible way. We had a very nice vacation there."

"We've just returned from a lovely week at Villa Zaneta. Alen was a very welcoming host and made sure we were very comfortable - arrived to find a gorgeous homemade fruit tart in the fridge, along with some other treats! Accommodation very clean and spacious with excellent aircon in all rooms. Kitchen and BBQ area fully equipped with everything you'd need to self-cater. Small shop in village short walk away for baked goods, fresh milk, fruit and veg and lots of Istrian goodies. Supermarket 15...

"The house was wonderful once we found it. Directions are quite ambiguous and roads are not marked. Best to put the address into Google and head to Mali Kosi. Do not let Google take you to Rabac!! The kitchen is fully appointed and a pleasure to cook in. There was no toilet paper or soap upon our arrival. Wonderful sunrises and sunsets off the deck. A great place to hang out but somewhat inconvenient if you want to explore Istria."

"Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie mit 2 erwachsenen Töchtern dort. Das Haus ist super aufgeteilt und toll eingerichtet. Küche ist riesig!. Die Gastgeberin hat den Kühlschrank mit lokalen #Köstlichkeiten und ein paar Getränken vorab gefüllt. so dass wir am Ankunftstag nur noch auspacken mussten und die tolle Terrasse mit dem Pool und den herrlichen Ausblick genießen konnten. Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet, Probleme sind keine aufgetreten. Einkaufen, Strand und Essen gehen muss aber immer mit Auto...

"Un très bon séjour passé dans la maison Zvana. La maison est très propre, spacieuse et bien équipée. Le jardin est magnifique et bien agencé, avec des transats et une terrasse qui permet de prendre les repas à l'ombre. La région est magnifique avec la belle ville de Rovinj, et le Limski Fjord tout proche et ses allures de Norvège. Doriano est très attentif et disponible pour ses invités. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de nos vacances."
