"Isabelle is an outstanding host. She made every effort to ensure that our visit was as comfortable as it could be. We had a minor issue in the property but she went above and beyond to fix it and make our holiday the memorable trip that it was. The beach was beatiful, it has great sand for building castles, waves for the kids to body board and even old ruins to explore (just beware of the broken glass). We had a wonderful holiday and I'd love to do it again. Thank you Isabelle."

"We have just returned home from a wonderful 5 night stay in Beussent. The village is lovely and peaceful with a lovely stream running through. The house itself was great, a little small upstairs and I did feedback that they should advertise bedroom 2 as interconnecting. This is ideal for families with smaller children but with 3 teenagers - not ideal. The downstairs space and garden was perfect. We visited Montreuil many times and beautiful Le Touquet. Would 100% return and the weather was HOT!"

We arrived on a Sunday evening and shops are closed in France. A welcome pack with a few essentials would be appreciated. Listing on VRBO advised that towels were provided, none in the gite, not even a tea towel for drying up. "We enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage and premises were very nice with a lovely pool. Very convenient and near to other attractions, lovely walks and beaches. However, we are older visitors, one who has poor health and we needed a restful and peaceful stay. Although it was lovely to have children around in the other four cottages, there were a quite a lot, 11 in total and at the same time as ourselves which did impact on our daily plans.
