"We really enjoyed being unplugged for a long weekend to celebrate my husband’s birthday and spend time with our 1 year old. The house is perfect! We especially loved using the dock to tie up our boat and watching the wildlife. Everything is as described and Mike was wonderful to communicate with leading up to our stay. "

"The hosts were very easy to work with, and the house was in great condition. Very nicely decorated, modern, had all the necessities. The neighborhood--the street and nearby commercial district--are definitely in transition and not ideal for walking. We felt uncomfortable taking our dogs out, even as people who have lived in NYC/Chicago during the 80s :-). While it might feel different to people who are from the area or live on the street, it's a hard place to land for visitors."

"It's a cool idea to have a small house with a fenced in yard for the dog, but there were other dogs on either side of the fences surrounding us and barking at our dog, There was also about a dozen old chewed on dirty real bones with the tendons, and muscles covered in bugs and dirt scattered around the yard that i had to clean up before I could let my dog in the yard so she wouldn't get sick eating them. "We had the pleasure of spending a weekend here with my sister and brother-in-law. The house was spotless. There were televisions in every room! The location is very convenient. Easy to get around and not much congestion to contend with. The owner welcomed us on arrival and made us feel at home."
