Miriam in the reception was extremely helpful when we needed to change our room, hotels.com is misleading when it says double beds, they are full size beds and not queen size, we needed a change in our room so we could sleep comfortably. Miriam was extremely helpful. We want to give a special mention to our driver Leoncio Puma, we met him at the hotel while he was there to drive another guest, and hire him to take us to the airport the next day.
