Perfect stay

Fun Family Vacation
We had an amazing time! Beautiful place, very clean, plenty of utensils for our entire family, kitchen was fully stocked. The place is roomy, with just an incredible view. Loved walking around the place with the ocean right at your finger tips. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect getaway
This was our 1st time staying in Las Gaviotas. The perfect home to relax and have a great time and see gorgeous sunsets. Winery tour, dining at Cuarto Cuartos and Los Portales de Garcia. Beautiful views.

The Perfect Place
We chose the Las Gaviotas property for a family reunion, and it was ideal for our purposes. We played foosball together, cooked, lounged on the patio, overlooking the ocean. It was a great place for an informal gathering in a beautiful spot.

Very special spring break….
Our family enjoyed a wonderful spring break at Scott’s beautiful house. We felt like we were staying at an upscale hotel with an ocean view. The weather was chilly and overcast but the house was so cozy and comfortable no one minded. We can’t wait to come back next year.

Excellent Las Gaviotas Getaway
My family had a fantastic stay at this property. The home is well appointed, clean and in a prime location with an incredible view. The pool and beach are easily accessible with a short walk along the foot path, although I found myself perfectly content lounging on the patio enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean just below. We will mostly definitely stay this home again when we return to Las Gaviotas!

We had never been to Las Gaviotas before and could not have been happier! The house was perfect in every way and the location was phenomenal! We surfed, and played tennis, pickleball, and shuffleboard. The house was super clean and the master suite was beautiful! And that view!!!! Can’t wait to go back:)

Beautiful Ocean Front
Completely enjoyed my stay. Great view of the ocean. I could sit outside and relax and watch my son surf a stones throw away. House had everything you need. Beds are comfortable (slept well) We had an amazing lobster dinner in Puerto Nuevo and discovered a great taco place in the neighboring town. Will definitely come back!!

Ocean Front slice of Heaven
I love coming here to relax and take in the beauty that comes through the large window facing the ocean. The bed is very comfortable. I love the large shower area. It’s nice to make a batch of margaritas and drink when by the ocean. I love going to Puerto Nuevo and having a delicious lobster dinner. I will be back with family and friends to share.

Can't Wait to Return!
I can't say enough about this property. My family and I have visited Las Gaviotas on several occassions, however, this is the first time we were able to snag a front row house. It's safe to say, this was by far the best one that we've stayed it. It's spacious, comfortable and the view is to die for! The host, Scott, was easy to work with and quick to respond as was the property manager, Rosalia. My family and I had the most amazing (and relaxing) stay. We will definitely book this property again!

Beautiful Beachfront property
We went to Las Gaviotas for a 60 th birthday celebration and Scott’s house was perfect for 3 couples. The beds were comfortable, nice tiled bathrooms, big couch for everyone to stretch out, and comfortable outside lounge chairs and patio set. The owner is very communicative and always responded quickly to inquires. This is a beachfront property and it is by far the best house we have stayed in at Las Gaviotas . Listening to the waves all day and night is the perfect way to spend the weekend. The house had everything we needed and the kitchen was well stocked. I would highly recommend this property. The view from inside the house and outside is incredible and perfectly situated in the community to access the shuffleboard court, pickleball courts, pool and spa.

Scott’s property at Gaviotas is Scott and Rosalia were very kind, responsive, and accommodating.
Scott’s property at Gaviotas is incredible. My family & I enjoyed a relaxing stay. Scott’s casita sits right at oceans edge. We relaxed and enjoyed the soothing sounds of the waves crashing. Each morning dolphins swam by. The panoramic view is stunning! Scott and Rosalia are very kind, responsive, and accommodating. We will definitely be back! Thank you for taking such great care of us (and I was so pleased to see all cleaning products & laundry detergent made available to us were Seventh Generation - thank you!)
